Way to go Hal. I quit a year ago this week. The Spring Bash last year was murder on me. I quit cold turkey too, but I never think about them anymore. I see my dad on his oxygen machine and still smoking and think, Why Dad? Why?

Nice going.
I quit smoking january 1 of this year and havent had one since.
Forget the patches and everything else, the best way to quit is cold turkey

Never been a smoker, but have had random intense cravings for them from time to time. Honestly, if someone had offered me one at those moments, I would have taken it. Can't imagine what it must be like to have been a smoker who quits and gets a craving. Way to go peeps...

Very hard to do its been 5 years for me. congrats just think of all that money saved. I still get craveings but they only last a couple mins.keep it up you will be counting years soon.
