How fast have you taken your bike?

There are a few places around here. I make a couple of dry runs and if it feels good, Do It. Done it with acouple of gearing changes. Held it til it needed to be whipped. Love my speedo healer, Just don't dare to look at it cruising that fast, ya know watch'en the road and all. I think hitting a small animal at that speed could $uck!

Bought my 01 mistress in Nov. 06 . Had to show her who is BOSS!!! Got to 140mph and my nuts got a lot smaller. Guess she is the BOSS!!!!!

GPS has a great feature called max speed. The one I used came from the factory reading 1350. Reset it to zero and read it when I came to a stop.

About 150 is tops for me and that wasn't on the busa. I'm still breaker her in. 100 was about it on the busa

Ya I've got a pile of them. I have used them to check my speedo heelor. I just don't like having it on the bike, sorta like the camera thing. I do have a couple with remote ant. I could hide the unit under the seat I guess.

actually i stop watching speedo once it passes my 12 to 3 o'clock of vision of speedo, so i can be mindful of road conditions
but i am itchin to try the mile @ maxton or goliad

I was on my stock 06 GSXR 1K took it to 145 mph per the speedo. Not sure what that translates into actual, probably around 140 or 143. Was running out of road and nerve. lol

I get asked this at work quit a bit.  this is the answer I give.  It'll go 186ish stock.  Which doesn't imply I've taken it there.  Being in the military that's the last thing I need.  Military guys know this, but if you die race'n or break'n the speed limit.  they can do a line of duty on you.  which means no life insurance.  $0  be careful who you trust
