What Did You Do To Your Busa, Today?

What type of pads are you using?? Organic by the sounds of it.
The EBC HH sintered are one of the best pads out there, get some asap.

"Brand new rotors, they would pulsate from 60 to a dead stop when trying to break them in"

No, they should NOT pulsate . . . EVER!!
Sounds like one is out of true....

My OE tail arrived, and installed my OE tank, need the boxes to box up the aftermarket fairings I am shipping to @Cpt_Caveman since the big box was too much to ship

Brand new rotors don’t pulsate, a bent rotor does.

I guess Im not used to the EBC double h pads and wave rotors I will give it some time
EBC stated you should ride easy on them for 200 miles then break them in 0 to 40 and 0 to 60 I never changed pads and rotors on my other bikes kept them a year and sold them

Go back to mechanic as stated by Kwi. the front rotors color is concerning to me for a brand new rotor. If misaligned mistakenly break dust everywhere & the excessive heat it looks like those rotors have taken.

Well finished a lot of the assembly on the bike and since the weather turned out gorgeous here today I decided I NEEDED to take it for a spin.
Went to POWERHOUSE for some brake pads (I didn’t need new ones but I hadn’t changed with my rotors and I know it’s a good practice to do so)
And then attempted to take a video but I don’t have a go pro so I have an iPhone and shirt pocket. It was a fail but something to share regardless.

Is it getting a tune there when you're done with it?

You should be proud of the work you did to make that bike the stunner that it is. Well done, I look forward to the pictures with the side fairings fitted

Yessir most definitely. And I want frank to just check my chain...I have never riveted one and the one rivet looks a little questionable to me so before I am romping on it and get taken out by a chain break I would rather be safe. Also will have him update my PC3 firmware so my screen actually works and is not just for show lol.

That front fender looks like it's a different shape than a stock 1k.
And it looks like it'll catch Alot of air.
I would be cautious at high speed with that wanting to lighten the front.
Floating just in and out of contact with the road invites tank slappers(real ones, not just headshake), and steering dampners can't prevent them.
Not dissin your cool lookin cf fender either, lol. I'm enjoying watching the build like the rest of us.
