Good on you for quitting! For anyone else thinking about it, I highly reccommend the electronic cigarette.

I have not smoked a cigarette in 284 days now. I smoked for 13 years (unfortunately) and tried to quit dozens of times using every method under the sun. I just enoyed it too much and even when I did quit, a few months later, I was back to it again.

I have progressively lowered my nicotine intake since I started the electronic cig and now I'm down to no nicotine at all.

The best part is, I'm still enjoying smoking. No addiction or harmfull tar, just a habit. Sure I can quit now if I wanted but, It's relaxing and damn near harmless.

I am in the military and have strict fitness requirements to keep up on. After just 3 months using this thing, I improved my 1.5 mile run time by 2 whole minutes. I ran faster than I did when I was 18 years old. The electronic cigarette has been a miracle in my life and I pray that this post will help someone else who wants to quit an awfull addiction that WILL kill you.

I absolutely LOVED the dreams I had on chantix! The were far from nightmares, just super vivid! And it worked like a charm, 3 years and 3 weeks nicotine free!

Congrats!!! It has been 22 days for me! I smoked for 28 years I Tried several times over the years and had a tough go of it. This time I tried what worked for a friend, Electronic cigarrettes. I am only 3 weeks in but I am confident I will never smoke a real cig again! Soon I will start lowering the nicotine in the refills till im at 0mg. I feel like I just switched brands. ( One without all the harmful chemicals) If I knew it was gonna be this easy I would not have been so scared to quit!! The best motivater is the support im getting from my family and friends.
I reasearched all the e-cigs on the market and chose the one with the best unbiast reviews. Im glad I did because there are many cheap knockoffs trying to cash in on this rapidly growing market. Here is the one I use If anyone wants to give it a go:
