First off-Good luck to all those wanting to quit. I put them down 2 years ago (cold turkey). The easiest advice I can give is stop the ritual-meaning-If you fire one up when you get to a certain area on your way to work then another right before you get to work (usually the exact same landmark EVERY day) you've formed a habit of smoking not smoking because of habit. Quitting takes you to NOT smoke when you are used to and continually cutting back until your will power builds. This advice is from someone that has tried to quit and failed, I can never judge-just wish you the best.
