Well race season has started !! we had our first event this weekend just gone. and first time riding the bike since its full rebuild. we put a total of 6 passes on her.
Wednesday we arrived to the track and set up our pit area.
Thursday was testing, and unfortunately it was raining on and off so we didn't manage to get out, but we did pass tec so we were ready for the weekend.
Friday / Saturday were both Qualifying days. I ran 5 back to back p.b's , 8.05, 8.02, 8.01, 7.93. 7.86.
we were extremely happy to get our first ever 7 second pass, whoooo.
we turned her up a little for our final pass on the Saturday qualifying, but unfortunately we split our plenum in top gear. so we are now looking at stronger options.
Sunday eliminations, was not possible due to the split plenum.
Now we are running much more power, we are learning new clutch and chassis settings, as the old ones simply did not cut it. we are still running a 1.36 60 which is poor, but as above trying to learn a brand new bike.
