Favorite sprocket combinations & why.

Well for me, gen1 18/46 seems a bit hotter than desired on the highway. I may go down a tooth or 2 on the rear to find perfect balance of grunt & top end.

Every stock bike I have had is Step one, 1 tooth smaller on the front. But maybe cause I am about 220. With that and lowered my stock 2000 ran 9.9s, I used to have a katana 750 that redlined at 120 I could beat most 1100s to 300'.
Really all depends on your riding style and needs. I always like low end torque more than top end. And a lowered and or stretched bike can take a lot more gear than a stock height.
 
Motor is just a 1397. No turbo. Yet. No nitrous. Yet.
Okay will put you same +3 that i am running which should be wild on 1397. Suggest you get use to 1st before ham fisting it. Got my attention. Will come up 2nd & 3rd not trying.
