as some of you may recall?...I came down with some serious symptoms consistant with diabetes 5 months back...and since ceased all sugar/carb intake and have been losing weight at a rate of approx 10LBS per month...going from 5'8" and 247lbs too right at a current 200lbs and oddly enough?...my busa has/had been (ever so gradually) becoming more and more uncomfortable for me as my arms and wrists seemed to be encountering more and more weight on them each time I rode and I was like...wtf?...my silver biotch usta be real comfy and...it didn't click right away but then it hit me...the big old puss gut I usta have?...usta rest nicely against the tank giving my upper body support...but now with the weight loss?...annnnd..a 1 1/4" genmar riser?...there wasn't nuth'in between my gut and the tank but air...and my arms and wrists were doing all the "supporting"...until today...when I "Demodded" my busa by removing the 1 1/4" genmar riser....which also revealed another gremlin...which I repaired....and I'll let the pix speak for themselves from here...
waaaay more pluses now as now?...I can finally get the full benefit of the puig touring windscreen and I'm the boy in the bubble even when I'm not in full tuck...(the 1 1/4" genmar was cancelling that advantage out as it kept me jacked up...along with the old puss gut I lost.
) and...
I can actually see all the gages now (at all seating positions annnd...
my gut is now back to resting on the tank and supporting me like any good gut should do.
annnnd...this is now "For Sale"...first $100 takes it tyd in the lower 48 and here's praying I never need it again.
