Any Salsa lovers here?

For some quick salsa the wife and i like South Of The Border, I know its not homemade but its pretty darn good for quick stuff.

5 Ripened Jalapenos (Red In Color)\\
5 Santa Fe Chilies  (Red In Color)   All the colors add to the eye effect
5 Anaheim Chilies   (Green Color) //
5 yellow Chile (You Guessed it)
3 Green Onoins Diced entire length
1 Bunch of Cilantro
2 Habineros (Optional)

Roast chilies over open flame, Put into Plastic bag for about an hour(Aides in the peeling process)Peel, seed & Dice to 1/4 inch or Smaller.

Finely Chop the Cilantro (Such a great add to any dish)
mix all ingredients. Salt to taste. Better if left overnight to help the flavors blend.

Goes Great with White Corn Tortilla Chips
Temp scale: HOT

Suggestion: Add Tomatillos about 18 peeled, boiled & Blended. This will help those that are rather...Tender Toungued.
