Guy I was in the Army with met his Russian wife in Korea...

He claimed he was cleaning his pistol and shot himself in the hand becuz he "forgot" to unload it.......however..they way he was shot suggested he put his hands up to defend himself.....long story short....she got pissed and shot him...

Personally, my thoughts are they would be crazy NOT to treat you like a KING when you marry them and get them a US citizenship. They've got a million times more opportunities in America than 99% of the countries they are leaving...

You need to understand the motivation and desires of these desperate women, it ain't all ribbons and bows . . . here's how it works. . . .
they want to get out of the situation they're in (often their own making) and 'improve' their circumstances so they USE a man in a foreign country ( a way more affluent country and citizen) to achieve this goal by offering him the hope of a long and sex-filled relationship.
Simply , they are not lookin for LOVE at all,
they are looking out for themselves.
Period.

My brother to whom I haven't spoken to in years has showed up in the Philippines. He had a crappy record with women, as well as making some dicey life choices here in the U.S.

But his son, my nephew contacted me to let me know he was worried that his dad has pissed off his Filipino g/f and she has thrown him out. I think I have learned that unless they have a sponsor there they can't stay there and have very little if any legal standing there. He apparently sold all he had to move there. And now he has nothing to come back to. He asked me if we should help him.

My response way easy for me. I'm not, but you can do whatever he talks you into.

Man things can go bad in these deals too it seems.

My buddy knows a guy who was in a club of men who wanted to marry Russian women. He met her online and when the date arrived the whole group went over to Russia. If you wanted to get married, you took her back with you. The guy went for the bait along with the woman's teenage son. Both hated him a year and half later and she ran off with a lawyer who made his life a financial nightmare for ten years. Any surprise?

Well, he did it again. Went over and got a smokin hot 40 year old that would put most 20 year old women to shame. I wish I would have saved the picture of her to show you guys. She's gorgeous. A week after they came back to the US, she's asking to be made legal partner in all of his assets (I guess he still has some). Again, any surprise there? He wised up a little after the last fiasco but both of them must know each others hand now. What kind of a marriage is that. You might as well be married to a hooker because that's pretty much the same arrangement.

I know a guy who married a girl from Mexico when they were both young. They are both very religious had a lot of kids and are still happy together to this day. A really HOT woman can get a man anywhere she lives and if she's over 40, she's even more of a catch than when she was 20. Why does she want to marry you? Because you probably have a few bucks and she wants citizenship in your country. It's just too unlikely to be otherwise so don't fall for the BS. Take a viagracation to Vegas if you have to. You'll save yourself money and a lot of trouble in the long run.
