Grumpy's Diner is the hook-up for the best food at the Bash! Sounds like they're only going to do it Friday night this year which is good because it will allow several very dedicated people that run the cooking/cleanup additional opportunity to enjoy the riding! MrsGrumpy will likely post up a thread once everything has been decided on that will detail the menu and costs. We pay up front so they know how much food to order. Friday night usually means steak 'n shrimp will all the fixings! GOOD EATS!! :beerchug:

There is alot of work that goes along with bringing the diner to the bash, I have alot of respect for Dave and all that are involved in putting it on but they come there to ride as well. So I'm fine with hamburgers/hotdogs, or beer and pizza.

You are correct, but we think we may just go the Sams club, or something like that, instead of hauling all the food down!

One word.....STEAK!!

Steak is good, but steak also costs more. Some peeps might be on a budget.

On behalf of the guys: THANKS!!

It is alot of work and goes alot easier when people help with the prep AND clean up. This way the guys can actually sit and enjoy the night. :beerchug:

hmmm...things to do for the first bash...lets see:
dont chow all the grub
make sure you drag your butt outta bed in the morning
make it to the CROT for some pancakes & some type of meat, sausage is a group fav
dont wreck
enjoy yourself, bring a camera, you'll use it at least 2x
DO NOT WRECK
try not to burn anything around the fire pit....Reba hates when the trees get burned

I'm sure there's a few other things but at 3am, this is all I can think up

To add a couple,

pick up your own garbage (ie: beer cans and cigarrette butts)
the county is a dry county so they do not sell any alcohol within about 20 miles although you can still consume it. (make sure you bring in all you'll want to drink)
don't ride over your head (ie: DON'T WRECK)

These guys didn't get hurt but it could have been much worse

You're missing the "riderless endo" pic of the 750 Travis...the one where they emptied the water out of the engine.....
