Yup --- hit a wet patch last night and low sided -- was wearing gear and my helmet took a hit (broke my glasses too). The bike touched down in grass and the no cut sliders worked -- no fairing damage.
Dented the right yoshi pretty good. I walked away without a scratch

Sorry to see you go down, but glad to see the gear did its job! Glad you were wearing it.

Depending on what the can looks like, it might not be to tough a repair. Yosh will sell a kit to resleeve it.

I'm on diablos -- but not the tire's fault -- my bad -- too much throttle and a wet patch
The diablos are muuuch better than stock -- very impressive actually
