Wifes Trip to New Jersey last week...

NooooWuk that is !
Went to see her father who had surgery on his foot.

It was cold she says.....
Supposed to stay for 8 days came back in 5......

She had fun for the 1st few days but after that MISSED FLORIDA !.....
Brings back memories of living in Stamford for me......

At least she was close to the airport to make a clean getaway. My brother moved to California in protest of the whole shoveling snow thing about 15 yrs. ago. I haven't smartened up yet... How'd she like NY?

She said it was nice.
Of course comparing a much older area that gets weather beaten to South Florida it seemed old and dirty to her.
You leave 70 degrees bright blue sun and land 3hrs later in grey freezing cold with snow on the ground its a bit of a shock !
Other than that she liked it.
It was the first time she had ever seen snow.
Got there just after it fell so she only saw it on the ground.

She said they had good pizza which brought back a fond memory and a smile from me...
