What did you do to get your Hayabusa ?

The allen head size is only relevant to the allen wrench or socket that turns it.
The size that you must have for bolts would be the bolt's diameter, thread pitch(spacing/distance between threads peaks and valleys, it is how many threads between a set distance) and length.
For example, in metric
M10 (diameter) x 1.5 (pitch)x 2.0mm (length).
A thread gage comes in handy, and makes it easy to find out what you have, so you can buy replacements.
I keep this one in my wallet, as it's the same size as a license or debit card.
Pro-bolt makes it, and it's less than $10.
