Did you feel a big difference?
Not as Big as a Busa but those wheels are tanks compared to the BMW units.
However it was definitely noticeable gains. Suspension is improved, transitions left to right are quicker.
6th gear roll on is now fast enough from 60 mph to 88 mph I can't count that fast .

I forgot how heavy my tank was. 31 lb empty lol . New tank will be 29 pounds full of 3 gallons of fuel .

The issue I heard of was with RotoBox and that was almost 20 years ago. I saw a video where a guy had an air blister on his rim. He could squeeze the air back out of it with his finger. If something like that popped, hopefully the air would escape fairly slow. Other than that, A good number of people don't recommend CF wheels for boosted bikes. I'd have to ask opinions again but years back, CF wheels were not even recommended if you do wheelies. BST makes one that is designed for harsh use. If you think RotoBox looks weird, this one looks like a wheel off of an old horse drawn carriage. It's strong though and of course, it's somewhat heavier than normal CF wheels. I know a guy who is seriously into drag racing his turbo ZX-14 and he uses these wheels with confidence but not other CF wheels. I believe it's this one:

Yes, and colleague from the riding group had issues with rotobox on his aprilia. Our roads are poop so that might contribute to wear and tear… trust me it is no fun to loose air pressure in tyre instantly running 120km/h, almost poop my pants :D
Hi. The air golf runway we race on looks like a cows field. I was bouncing off the dear a 100 MPH.

That's all I'd use too. Personally, I like the Rapid Tek but I would probably not use that on a boosted bike. I planned to get those for the Gen2 Hayabusa but I'm sure they'd fit the Gen3 too. In fact, someone on here suggested that I might be able swap wheels between the 14 and the Hayabusa with the use of some special spacers. I'll have to look into that more.

Yes but others had problems. Could be the exact wheel or how it is used. I'd think a drag launch would be the situation that would be most hazardous.
FIM organized races forbids usage of CF wheels cause any damage to the wheel will cause rapid air leak from the tire, especially hiting the curb at the lean too dangerous. Magnesium or cast aluminium alloys bend.
