I Dont disagree and think cost of it is most likely why they made it for Ducati. If you got the $ for one of those than heck a $5500 dollar swingarm aint nuthin' ?

But still a very nice piece. I think BST is on the edge of makin some very nice CF parts and demand as well as production numbers may in the future bring price down.
Imagine a CF Busa frame ?
CF Busa swingarm and forks maybe too ?
