Speaking of job's, Whats your DREAM job?

I think I'd like to get paid to think, write and research.

I've grown quite cynical as the education system stripped all of the 'heart' out of higher learning.

I truly believe that if we (a collective people) put our minds to something, we can do anything. The problem is most of our society puts their minds to TVs and commercialism, where no real thinking is being done.

New Job Title: Problem Solver

Well as far as my current job I am very happy with that. I am a truck driver and get paid well for doing it. I start in New Jersey and go to Hartford,CT. Methuen,Ma. Newton,Ma. and back to N.J. every night 575 miles and like I said it pays very well.
As for my "dream job" tops on my list would be either a Top Fuel dragster driver and or the crew chief on top fuel team. I would give up almost anything to do that.

My dream job would be playing bass full time.

After that, I would enjoy working with high performance bikes. (I may have the opportunity - I will know in about a week :cheerleader: )

If you could get any job you wanted what would it be? Don't matter how silly it is, and of course it paid as well as you wanted it to..

I am kind of torn between two.. One I have done for 15 years. I love I mean LOVE working EMS.. I have been out of it for a little while and it is driving me nuts. I cant wait to get my behind back on my ambulance where i belong.

Next I would have to say is a Pro stock motorcycle team engine builder.. Not the rider just the builder. The guy behind the action making it happen.

I wouldn't mind being a Pro Stock rider and, between rides, looking over your shoulder to watch y'all make the bike even MORE amazing! :beerchug:

New Job Title: Problem Solver

In my experience, most jobs require a good bit of problem solving on a daily basis just to get the job done. The PROBLEM is, of course, that the problems that most of us are busy solving are merely symptoms of the root cause which, again, of course, goes unaddressed...even when us problem solvers point it out and even propose good solutions.

I loved building fences.
I did it for 3 years, and I loved it. Got to do lots of cool jobs, go to strip bars at lunch on the boss, lost tons of weight and kept in shape, but the pay sucked ass.

Hit the Lottery, take the kids to school, and pick them up after school. I have a kickass job. If I hit the Lottery, I am out.

I used to want to be a marine biologist. Then I thought working for Disney would be cool.

I'd like to own my own coffee shop. You know the kind that have specialty drinks like Starbucks, but half the price. :beerchug:

For a few years now myself and a couple of friends have kicked around the idea of opening an internet cafe / coffee shop that also had a private bar in the back. :beerchug:

We call our little fantasy place "The Mullet" since it's business in the front and party in the back.

My dream was always to be a field research Herpetologist. Since that is not gonna happen I would love to be the person that does the body paint for SI.

I would love to own a bike shop... Or have my buddies job in California which is to get a bike by the manufacturer, ride it for a couple hundred miles and test the emmissions in Cali... ;o) He gets a new bike every other week...

Owning a Ranch with lot's of land. A pickup Truck. Bikes in the Garage and nothing but Farm Land :super:

Astronaut, SR-71 Blackbird pilot, or James Bond "in" that order.......

Captain in one of these...
