Speaking of job's, Whats your DREAM job?

I always wanted to own and run a B&B, bonus points if its on acreage and I can have room for guests to bring their horses and ride. I always wanted something homebased that would give me an excuse to buy an old Victorian house and fix it up. Plus I hate having to commute. My current job really takes the fun out of doing any recreational driving, so once I can do the B&B thing I will only have to drive for groceries and fun. 
Dream job....??? Gynocologist.....what can I say, I care about women.
Probably a lot of nasty issues to care about also
