Personally my cats have allways acted like they were high sometimes... I mean they are chasing their own tails... But then at other times it's Like they got a hold of some crank or something and just go ballistic... Then, they calm down, fall asleep in a warm spot and don't move for 8-10 hours... Does sorta sound like they are junkies...
