Ok, looks like the Meet 'n Greet at Eureka Springs, AR is set for May 30-June 1, 2014. Of course, many will be coming earlier so get there whenever you can. We have had some great times during the past 6 years and this one shouldn't be any different.

The place most attendees stay is the Pointewest Motel (1-479-253-9050) and they are completely open for that weekend at this time.

there's no need to put it in the room, this place is out in the country and we've never had any kind of problems...everyone around there knows us and it's looking like we may have all of the rooms booked and have the motel all to ourselves like we have done in the past...we have a great rapport with the owners/manager since they know we take care of their stuff and they pretty much just hand the place over to us and we do our best to leave it better than we found it...it has been a great relationship for over 8 years now
