Yea I hate those things. In my neighborhood they;ve been using that crap to fill cracks on the roads. I almost dumbed my baby about a week ago. That sh** is dangerous.

They basically took driveway sealer and dumped it on the road. Or sometimes they spray it into cracks. The **** is very slick when wet, or hot from the sun. It's a half-assed way to repair a road, and is pretty dangerous in the amount they used it...
