Why the LE?

they didn't make an LE in 01 when I got mine... but if they had.. I would have just for the black swing arm/frame

LE's were the same price at my dealership, $10999. I didn't pay that much and they weren't treating the LE as anything special.

solid colors look better, in my opinion, and I like the black frame and swingarm.

And in the aftermarket, can't get that for $100. I paid less than MSRP true OTD anyways, so doesn't matter to me on the price.

In terms of the LE logo...THEY DID NOT COME WITH THEM!

Maybe the real late ones did, but at least most did not, in fact, come with the logos. You had to call Suzuki of America to get them.

I paid less than 10k for my LE.....just like the paint better!  Personal preference I guess.

Not after tax, title, license, and shipping and prep fees you didn't.

I just believe that the LE's look better in the monotone paint. I also prefer the black frame. The '04 crystal red I own is the best looking color.

How else was I supposed to get the black frame and that hot Burnt Orange color!  

My favorite color. There are some close seconds, but burnt orange is awesome to me.

the black frame and swing arm !  single color !  i was realy turned off with the two tone when i went to the dealer  and saw that its a big sticker ?  wtf!  i almost caved in waitin for the 05 le the sticker is what got me too wait !

I like the orange the best and then the black. That's why I had to wait so long to by a busa. It took almost a year to find an '03 that was low mileage and clean. It is being shipped now by a hauler.

I love my all black 02. Makes it seem stealthy. And I think the single color is better and with all the other busas around here being 2 tone, mine is unique.

Seeing as how most posts I read nowadays start with "I just bought my 05 Limited Edition", I thought I'd ask those who do hae the LE Busas. What exactly draws you to pay a hundred bucks more for the LE?

Is it just because of the colour and the accented rims? Or the limited edition logo (which doesn't look that different to the normal logo..in my opinion)?

Just wondering...

well to be honest the topic of $100 more didnt come up until this post. i told the dealer what i wanted to pay and the other bike prices had nothing to do with it. PLUS, my wife actually picked it out! Cha Ching.
