Like I said, it's dangerous...

Imagine this tech used in a divorce case where infidelity was an issue, the ex wife could draft pictures of her husband with other ladies to substantiate her case......

Or someone trying to set up a person with some sort crime and inserting their image into a video of them committing a crime....

.................Dangerous.......

As tech improves, this is going to cause alot of legal problems for defendants.

Why is it that vehicle manufacturers who sell vehicles in cold climates have no clue about ice build up?

Our Edge has these recessed windshield wipers and ice builds up making it almost necessary to use a chisel to get the wipers free.....

And the back window has a ridge that traps ice and the build up can be pretty large, encompassing the rear wiper...which doesn't elevate into a locked upright position so a person can clear under it......it doesn't help that the rear window defrost comes on automatically on auto start......

The heated LEDs are great until you shut off the vehicle when it's snowing, this snow melts, freezes and causes an ice build up over the lights that is almost impossible to clear even with the lights on creating heat.....

Sometimes I'd like to meet the designers and shake them until something falls off.......

LOL
Which something do you want to fall off?

I concur, however want to start with the simpler stuff. Like having to remove the intake manifold to get to the starter. Or having to lift the cab from the chassis to get to the turbo waste gate which got stuck.

Then I’ll send them over to you, to check out the wipers.

I'm not quite sure what will fall off, but I'm pretty sure they aren't using it anyway...

.........and I'm talking about stuff that is needed for everyday driving like wipers, lights, window rubbers that collect ice so they won't open....and the list goes on.....

I can only imagine what other horrors mechanics face......I watched a video where a tech talked about the new Ram Hurricane twin turbo I6 and how much changing turbos on that will suck due to their being stacked and staggered......

I was out for a walk this morning and came across a person along my way who I often talk to...

He asked me what I thought about a homeless person who has set up camp alongside one of our main streets near a coffee shop....apparently this person is a veteran and has turned down all kinds of help....

I said I have sympathy for this person but if he is indeed a veteran, he has all kinds of support available to him that civilians don't have. The location and story kind of tells me this person has adopted some sort of "victim" mentality and is drawing attention to himself...

I said if I were to set up camp, it would be in a far better sheltered area closer to water and away from prying eyes.....

We had about 10 inches of snow the other day.....why is it that people are so darned lazy to clear off their vehicles?

Today the temperatures went up above freezing and some idiot who had over a foot of snow on the roof of his mini van had to stop suddenly, all that snow washed down over the front of his vehicle to the point where he couldn't drive it......I wondered where the cops were when we needed them....I did see someone on the sidewalk videoing the whole thing so maybe they'll send that to the cops....

The worst part of these kinds of people is when you have to follow them and they create their own snow storm.....

I find it interesting that some places that are part of the British Commonwealth have maintained a closer British accent than Canada has......places like Australia and New Zealand for instance....

We have geographical dialects the same as the US has but we don't have the British accent.....

A person can instantly tell someone comes from the east coast especially Newfoundland though.....

Kind of like how you can tell someone is from Boston or Texas....
