Arrive to his home, knock on the door and politely ask “whyâ€￾, and explain to whoever answers the door that you are only concerned about the safety of motorcyclists.

Of course they will close the door or not open it. But I’m certain the fact someone actually showed up on a motorcycle will make a clear point.

No violence, no cussing, just several different bikers at different times showing up.

Call them at 4am, say your from the Japan news agency and you want to talk to the perp who tried to kill somebody.
Tell them your agency would like to interview them and wants to pay them well for their time. Then have them show up somewhere at 6am a hundred miles away for an early morning interview.

well hopefully the rider will be able to walk when he gets done with surgery, so he can stomp a mudhole in this azzhat with his good leg. Its obvious this kid needs more than the judicial system to correct him of his dumb azz ways!!!
