Powder Coating Stock Rearsets

Master cylinder can be powdercoated. It must be disassembled completely, very labor intensive.

Just paint it with some Rustolem, that's what I did to my master cylinder and my bolts.

If you nick a bolt it's pretty easy to touch up!

Some ppl have touched base with the shift linkage but I'm still not sure... The ball and socket... Can it be taped or what

P/C the big bolt heads, painted the smaller

painted all the fairing and fender bolts too

also painted the big ol bolts on the frame too

I powder coated mine. They just taped the ball and sockets off.

Did you have to sandblast them before powdercoating or sand... What prep works was done

This mod in next on my list. I think I do like the screw heads left silver though. Looks like how Suzuki should have done it.

TMPowdercoating does amazing work and really quick turn around. Hes a site sponser. I sent him my rearset on a saturday and got them back the following friday. 6 day turn around is amazing when it spends 4 days in the hands of USPS.
