But that's not Premeditated Murder.

This remains to be seen. A "Rough Ride" has already been admitted to by the cops. So it will now just be a matter of what level of homicide it will be. It could be argued that if they knew/discussed/agreed/requested ahead of time they were going to rough ride him, then that would be pre-meditated. The death could have been accidental, but it will be a moot point. Negligent homicide, will keep the cops out of a life sentence behind bars perhaps. Pre-meditated negligent homicide, will fair them differently.

This is not the first time this has happened there. So the precedent for negligence has already been set, so nothing "accidental" should ever take place.

I suspect it will be settled quietly, for a large sum of money and some cops will be let go.....at the very least. Hopefully there will be some jail time handed down along with the large sums paid out.
