no speed limit

i was wondering if there are any streets in U.S. that have no speed limit. i know that there are some in germany and other places but i do not know of any in this country. not like ill be going fast or anything

I believe Montana a few years back was our last bastion for speed but even there it was whatever the cop defined as 'reasonable and prudent' given the present conditions. Loooong time ago Nevada was pretty much unlimited out in the flats but not so much anymore. It was a strange feeling to meet a Montana highway patrolman going the opposite direction on the freeway east of Missoula doing 115 though! He paid no attention to me at all.

They still have 75 mph two lanes up there though.

Try US Highway 50 in Nevada....
When you leave Carson you'll see what I am talking about. But make sure that you have plenty of fuel and plenty of water. If you have a support vehicle/ trailer and motorhome that would be the best thing.
