i was wanting to put my antenna there, but i have a NON SEE THRU sportech chrome windscreen. Don't think i would get any reception. since the antenna is plug and play into the unit, i might just use right on the trunk while i ride and take off each time and store in trunk! Like the setup though!

Thanks! Yep, not sure how the reception would be. Just do a quick temp setup and give it a shot. The cig lighter adapter I got at Pepboys for, I think, 7.99. Works great with the switch and gives you an additional outlet for cell charger or something

Almost forgot. On this old receiver there is a volume control and I just plug into the Chatterbox. Thought about the BlueTooth adapter but I was too cheap to splurge the 50 bucks. Opted for a stereo cable I had laying around.
