Guys,

Been a member for a while, just never posted as I didn't ever find the right bike for me. Everytime I got close to making a purchase, something came up to put my Busa ownership on hold.

My name is Jonny and I live in Tulsa, OK. Started many years ago on a Ninja 250, Katana 600, ZX-7, TL1000R, GSXR 1K and finally have made my way to the 1300R

Anyway, last night I put down a deposit on an 02 with 8k. Here is a picture as I understand the repercussions of making a thread like this without posting any pics

It has the following:

Hotbodies undertail
Full Yoshi exhaust
Tinted windscreen
Black levers,
Lowered
New front & rear tires
Geared down 1 tooth

Driving 300 miles to pick it up on Thursday. Anyway, just wanted to say "Hi" to everyone.

Thank you gentlemen for the warm welcome Would be a pleasure to meet some of you guys. I am very new to the Busa - only ever admired it from afar. So would certainly be interested in any advice you guys have concerning maintenance etc. Where do you local guys bring your bikes for service? (Those of you who don't do the work yourself). I used to bring my bikes to Kinetic back in the day, but is has been a while...

I'm restoring a 1970 Landcruiser and turbo'ing a Lexus right now, so mod money is slim unfortuantely... Wait, who are my kidding! I will probably start throwing money at it soon!!!
