Most Comfortable Saddle

I like the way the New Image seats look but I don't understand how they can cut the seat down and at the same time make it more comfortable???

I wonder if they change the padding material?

I took mine apart and it appeared to have the same padding the stock seat come with just cut down. Mine was pretty good at first but over time it seems to be getting hard or something. I am looking for ways to make it better. I cut the sides down some so it would not push my legs out so much but it did not help very much at all. As soon as it warms up here I will get some things and try them.
