K8 Loses to ZX-14: Bike Week Dyno Drag

well i've never been on a dyno, but i don't think these drag setups are as accurate as it would be if your bike was actually being monitered specifically for performance, but i'm pretty uneducated on the whole thing... so who knows how accurate it was... keep in mind this was also the best run, my other runs blew ass.

With these #'s it must have been a trick or twu to it? You got him on everything but the ET & speed? what gives?

Him:
time: 8.426 sec
speed: 160.600
reaction time: .758
HP: 189.6

Those numbers are about right for a dyno drag. His weight made a BIG difference on it too. Kid looks to have you by 70 pounds at least.( that's worth about 0.5 or 0.6 second difference on the dyno machine)
I turned a 8.92 @ 151 mph and 179.6 hp when it was here.
One question, did you hit the rev limited in 5th or 6 th gear? Mine sure did big time.

That wasn't bike vs bike, that was driver vs driver. Switched bikes and the Busa would've won.
