Okay so now McCain proposes the government buying troubled mortgages and selling them back to the homeowner at the deflated home value prices. Can someone please tell me WHO or WHAT is going to make up the difference in the cost??

Isn't that the same mentality that has destroyed the housing market, bascially buying something with an ASSumed value that doesn't really exist??

Come on, right-wingers please explain it to me??

Doesn't that sound like "bigger government", the same thing y'all claim to want less of??

How many billions of $$ were just given to the banks and lending agencies from this bailout?? You ask who is going to pay the difference for McCains plan? Umm we the taxpayers aleady have!

The problem is neither you or I will benefit from this at all but we (the ones with jobs anyway) will be the ones to pay for it.

If you have been honest and making your payments you get......nothing. If you defaulted or are going to default you get.....to a new mortage rate and pay less.
