I've mastered 3 Stooges-fu as well, but it's too complicated an art to go into here, alot of nose grabs and multi-opponent face slaps.

You'll have to help me out here rubb, I haven't watched UFC for years. I stopped back when Ken Shamrock first got into it and there were still two rules and they were banned everywhere. I was never one for the martial artists because they never lasted long in the octagon. Once they were down on the mat it was over for them, the wrestlers were genrally the ones who owned the mat. Dan Severn and Ken Shamrock are the ones who I remember the most. Of course the one who annoyed the heeck out of me was the whole Gracie family. Talk about boring matches, can't remember who he was fighting, believe it was Severn in the finals but the match was almost 30 minutes worth of Gracie holding on for dear life while trying to choke the other guy out. From the sounds of this thread I may have to give the UFC another try, even with the new rules but I swear if I see that conga line of the Gracies coming toward the octagon I am turning it off...LOL...
make sure you don't watch the next upcoming event then.

the gracies haven't been fighting for a few yrs but royce gracie is making a comeback to fight the current welterweight champ matt huges(a hometown illinois farm boy)

You are all wrong the best form is find out the price for fighting .. Over 50,000 and they hit me once i fall down collect money leave. Art of swelling pockets with limited damage... Other then that i would rather be good at all arts then to master one . Better chance of defending and offensive moves that way . I have seen more success with those that are more rounded say what you want but ken shamrock is pretty good then again the iceman does seem to get the job done very well .It was good fights the other night I think Forest got robbed. He seemed to be more aggressive and better in the last 2 rounds.. Tim Silva was a quick one cant wait for tim and Andrei Arlovski 3

I used to own a bail bond company in Atlanta, GA, since I did my own bounty hunting I thought it wise to study some form of martial arts, I chose Jui Jitsu and Muay Tai kick boxing, no one ever put up a fight so I thought to test my skills and fight in the octaagon myself, I fought for the IFC which used to hold all their fights on indian reservations to avoid legalities and they were not able to get backing from the nevada boxing commission as the UFC, anyways I found both styles to be very helpful as I fought both strikers and grapplers... anyways sold the business, moved to Phoenix, now all I fight is the heat.....

200 Grain, Black Talons in the 10mm variety.

Each art by it's self has it's own weaknesses. It's the ability to combine several and conform them to your body type.

All in all I'd say,

American Kenpo - Ed Parker (Got to train with Jeff Speakman. Very nice guy, and definitely the real deal.)
Kung Fu
Muay Thai - From childhood.
Aikido

Just my .o2

later,

Steve
