I have Tour Master soft bags and have had them up to 145 mph and no problems.
They are fully adjustable, go on and off the bike easily so I take them into motel rooms at night, hold a lot and I have 2 years on them with no problems and YES they clear my single sided exhaust which is a bit higher than stock.
