That google map linky didt give me a riding route. Can someone please post info on departure times and return times and route for group ride and who will be leading/organizing the ride....thanks. just approx.times will work it doesn't have to be written in stone

Just an idea that we used to use with a big group. Set a time when the leader will pull over and wait for cell phone calls. That way if you need to call the group, do it between 8:45 am and 9:00am. works wonders if you have people coming from all over. Of course now I can recieve calls while moving but thought I would share.

ok laurie here is the cabin list...wich is not a complete list as we still have other folks comeing and staying other places / i have set depart time of 11 like we normaly do on saturday. we have not "officialy" organized any rides thursday or friday that is more dependent on who rides in for those days they can make it. as for meet place on saturday i am leaving for gettysburg tuesday... gixerhp will be in area wendsday. i will be scopeing meet spot and posting the address on thread so PAY ATTENTION. ill also be posting possible breakfast place to meet earlyer on saturday for those wanting to meet for breakfast before the ride on saturday. sorry i cant be more complete laurie as i have to scope more. cabin address to my knowledge is 2785 Cold Springs Road Orrtanna, PA 17353. i have contacted the cabin owner informing them i am leaving tomorrow am and requesting final details such as phone number and confirm address how to get in!!! lol... so please be paitent with me as these things are not necessarily in my control. when you comeing in laurie? did you decide to stay in cabin with us? oh....and i have recieved phone calls of "others" comeing to stay with us at the cabin but waiting for more confirmation/ or they choose to post up they can make it!!!
