Gen3 1/8 mile under 5.8

who all is running a slick and bar? I know we are few and far between but just wondering who is doing it. I am currently building a backhalfed bracket bike. I am just too big to heads up race so it will be a pro e/t bike. right now the motor is stock with a built tranny and a 2 stage or single stage lockup whatever it is called. plan on running 17/55 gearing 2 step, autoshift, delay box, air clutch, full out drag bike

Just add a slick & a bar , toss the clutch away & any good rider should easily cover the eighth mile like these quads *

Trying to get this thing wrapped up this week and HOPEFULLY there will be a break in the weather...its been non-stop rain/snow since November they said every weekend...50/50 chance this weekend so fingers crossed!

LOLOL Not everyone gets my name when they first read it...only the "older and seasoned" generation lol. My kids just say "dad thats so weird" haha but theres a backstory.

Put down a $1000 deposit on a black Gen II at Corona Motorsports today and will ride it home next weekend,OTD cash price including all fees,taxes,etc. came to $12,734 and i can live with it...but i'm so broke now i can't even pay attention.

Thinking i'm going with the Tsukigi Cannon full exhaust,New Image seat,Heli-Bars,and a dark smoke double bubble screen and then leave it the hell alone for a while before i think about too many other mods.

We have some short tracks here in Southern California & our freeway on-ramps get higher mile an hour with no need to stop *

All we have here is an 1/8th mile track. I've only ran it once in my old car. For as long as you have to wait between runs an 1/8th mile just doesn't do it for me.
