does anyone know if the gen 2 rear tail will bolt on to the gen 1 subframe

Not from what I have heard on here. Seems u will need gen 2 subframe for the swap.

Thats what I heard also you need the Gen2 sub frame to the Gen 2 tail

Ok, I can understand the gen2 front/sides... But the tail? IMO that's the only thing Suzuki screwed up with on that bike. Do any of the other fairings fit or are you just going for the tail?

You can MAKE all of the fairings fit ...now if it looks good on not is the question there is a pic on here of a gen 1 with 08 plastics on it I posted a while back in the "Here are the missing bikini wash pics" post
