Florida Motorcycle Insurance

Does anyone know the company with the least expensive insurance for the state of Florida?
This is for a friend of mine 33 years old,wears a helmet and needs full coverage for his 2000-Yamaha 600 R. He lives in Broward County FL.

Never seen a better quote.. Nationwide has my Truck and she quoted me 900 per yr. I asked why she said they don't like to insure Bikes..

I just qot a quoat from state farm and its only 263.00 for full ins per every 6 months......
