Busa mpg?

Hey everyone,
Well, Tminus 1 day till I pick up my Busa! The bike is at the forwardair terminal; just waiting till the doors open on Monday morning.

Anyways, with the gas prices the way they are I'm glad a pick up the busa. My current bike a '98 Kawi ZX6r is getting on an average of 35mpg.

I was curious what mpg everyone is getting with the busa?

stock, mostly freeway i got around 46-50. few mods (cans, filter, pc) i get 40-41 highway. now.. street driving.. yea.. im lucky to hit 35

. Of course around town to me is riding 3 miles in any direction and I'am OUT OF TOWN

. I don't do restaurant to restaurant riding around town so my mileage will always be higher

. My restaurant to restaurant is a min of 70 miles one way

Stock bike. 28-38mpg. Some members say they can get as high as 50. I never saw 40. I depends upon how you ride her. Get her into a high gear ASAP and the mileage will go up. Ride her like you stole her... well, you know.
