I started this thread ten years ago. I was told by one of the employees who went to work for another dealership that my busa was dropped in the truck during delivery and also they dropped it taking it off the truck. That's why the fork thing was on that fender. They were trying to conceal damage. It took many days to get the bike after it came in. They fixed it but not a word was mentioned about dropping the bike.

Oh well. I dropped it twice myself.
