Thanks to c-10 mod 2 rows of cans stacked on top of one another. Worked on buddies bike drank 4 cans in pockets drove home. I lost all gages, signals & add on electric after accelerating to hard. At home realized had water on rear tire which wasn't water. Broke 2 beer cans in trunk got on relay/wires. Will check fuses Monday.
Watch the beers with the riding bro , don't want to mix it up too much , we all know it can get messy in more ways than just spills .

No more slipping issue with the ASV on!!
I had a very similar issue with Pazzo levers on my ZX-14. It felt like it was too hard to fit the the Pazzo clutch lever against the push rod and it was clicking every time I pulled it. Finally the bushing froze in place and I noticed the clutch slip under hard throttle. I could have drilled that bushing hole just a hair deeper---or as you did, ground down the push rod.

The Pazzos on my busa work perfectly.

Haha well let’s just I tried to drill the bushing first drilled a little, tested no good, drilled a little more, no good drilled a little more and wellllll....came out the other side. Lololol :banghead: it actually worked like that but would have destroyed my lever.

Don't feel bad i had solved my electrical problem few weeks ago. Went riding stopped at beer store for 3 tall ones. They did not have my beer so i bought 15 pack; didn't have bungees with so ended up with 11 beers in trunk & 2 in each jacket pocket.

Yes usually don't but regular beer is like water even at 8%; I would rather have 1 or 2 good heavy Belgian beers than 30 common. I choose 10-18% content tripples & Quads.

Yeah I really pushed the size limits as far maybe further than I should have while running a 55 tall tire. Will show you the rub mark in person from Gen1 shock not able to deal on 1st voyage.

The V-max needed idle raised, new throttle cable & friend had a blue tooth stereo he wanted me to install. There is zero room anywhere on those bikes but pulled it off mounting amp hidden inside frame never to be seen.

I had to go to the JFK shop to check in on my guys so took the Phoenix!!
Then got back and it shut down completely no key power nothing, realized that the temporary clutch bypass I made while dealing with an issue I was having with my ASV.

Resolved that issue when I got back to the shop today. Ordered a clutch push rod and shortened it to allow the ASV to have free play.
No more slipping issue with the ASV on!!

The Phoenix is looking real nice, Steven, question where can you buy the small rubber boot for the clutch pushrod?

I worked on the garage today, reconfigured the set up and very pleased with the results!
I shifted my vice to make it more accessible, bolted down my bench grinder(at long last, been meaning to do it for 7 years!!) and set up my desk with computer and stereo system.
Open for business. . .

I have a plan.. Or a idea of a plan.. Or an idea..
Need new tyres, so..
Tyres, rotors f&b, pads, stainless lines, radial mc, risers, headers and new pipes, bar ends, chain & sprockets, roatra cruise, silicon hoses, drives Axel adjusters. And a dyno tune.
Plus other bits as I go.
And a thorough clean..

We're planning a run around tassie in November so I want it set up for then.
