Why dont my avatar change?

Ive been trying to change my avatar to a 100x100 personal picture for 3 days now. It always says it accepts the avatar but it never goes through. Anyone know why?

I think 96x96 is the biggest it will accept.

96X96 and thats if you are a donating member... dont know how big it is if your a nondonating member...
