he had all the gears including helmet , the road he had the accident got 2 lanes , one for going , one for coming , nothing between the lanes .

... while turning he got into the comers lane , then , he hit a car coming from opposite direction , it was his mistake but don't know why he got into wrong lane maybe a consantration problem
