Trailer mod "tool time with Hal"

Seems like every time I get the trailer ready to go somewhere, there is never a good place to keep my boots. I looked at the web sites that make storage gear for trailers, but no one had anything for boots. So time for a project. Got out the pen and paper and made a plan.
