And she's home! Picked her up this morning, got plates and hit the road. Well I changed out the goofy flamed handgrips and swapped the stock levers back on, THEN I hit the road!
Strange being back on a Gen1, although it's also comforting like an old pair of favourite shoes. Not as fast as I remembered it to be but that could be the Gen2 and ZX-14 I've owned since clouding my perceptions. In today's world of 200+hp litre-bikes, it's just a quick and quirky-looking classic anyway.
So my two-year (plus two days) story has come to an end, finally. Time to start writing a new book!
