Dose anyone know how to get rid of those Grey Pop up boxes that come on to the screen even when the browser is off without a firewall?

ouch... you've been blessed by one of the A55HOLE websites... there is a registery entry and likely a program loaded that you didn't know you loaded that does it...

Right-click My Computer and choose Manage.
Go to Service and Applications and choose Services.
