State trooper...Court today

so court was today, brought the helmet dressed nice.....well i asked for a continuance, it was granted, then my brother was looking in the laws bools at the court house, he found what we needed, so we then went back and tried to get it dismissed, once we stated the what the law says the female DA got flustered and said im going to have it continued. hahahaaa i dont think that she knew what was going on or the law..... oh well so June 8th at 9am i will be back and talk with a judge, because there want one today.......
