I feel so sorry for her to loose her husband on Christmas Day but I am glad she did what she did.

The other dumazz prolly glad he was second in line, may actually consider not breaking into houses in the future. Graduate of a short study in shotgun home protection services.

Clean shoot

law works a little differently here the dead mans accomplice would have been charged with the murder of the dead burglar, because he was an accomplice he is just as much to blame for the death as the dead burglar is responsible for his own demise.

It looks like the accomplice is going on trial for murder. Update

I’m glad to see that Oklahoma allows for Murder 1 charges to be brought against the co-conspirator; most states only allow for homicide charges to be brought. The difference is 10-15 years vs. 20 to life, or even death. The real question is will the prosecutorsl file for the Death Penalty, which is allow with Murder 1 charges? I am all for the Death Penalty but I don’t think this poor chap should get the needle if he didn’t pull the trigger. It would be great if the prosecutors would threaten with it and have him save this girl the pain of trial and plead to life with no parole.

Reading stuff like this makes me want to go buy a gun. I have friends that have contacts with distributors. But, I always tell them I don't need one when they offer me good deals.!! I'm gonna have to re-think!!!

You live in Tampa. You need a gun.
Don't you read the local news about all the crazy stuff that goes on?

About the girl shooting the person breaking into her house. Good shot!
