Real world valve adjustment interval on GEN2???

Can't we just ride it till it breaks? What would a burned valve sound like on a bike? I have never had a burned valve on any motor in my life, so no experience with it. If Suzuki would bring out a 1400cc 4 cylinder 2 stroke engine, then by golly I would be a buyer sight unseen! I figure about 190 to 200 hp with no valves and a nice scream at full rev, maybe 13,000 rpm? 400lb full up wieght. Makes my juices flow.......

 Yes! I'de buy one of those tommorrow!!!

Now you're talking mate. My first three bikes were a Yamaha YDS7 250, a Suzuki GT550, and a Suzuki GT750...all 2 strokes! Alas, the day of the 2 stroke road bike is over. No way they'd pass the EPA mandates!

Thought I would resurrect this thread as I saw how much work it is to do a valve adjustment and thought how nice it would be if it was a 2 stroke. Believe me if we nerf the EPA and reinstate common sense emissions laws we could have our big 2 strokes back. Keep voting in progressives and it will never happen.
