Here's how I mounted the SpeedoHealer and the PCIIIusb and kept my stock tools under their strap.

It is a bungee net with four hooks that is so old that the plastic bag with the snap that it came in yellowed with age. The net was never useful until I got the Busa, which has the perfect attachments for it.  Very useful. It brought the hump home when I picked up the bike and a two piece set of leathers, etc. Lucky that you could not see the long sleeved flannel shirt that I stuffed into the rear of the tail section since I turned it sort of pink by bleeching it in the wash, so, I loaded it in there as emergency back up in case I get caught out in the cold.  With your sharp eyes, I would have really caught it about a pinkish looking shirt.  But, an extra layer of clothing can really make a big difference at times.
Got a box of foam earplugs back there too, since, you never know.

I went to a home improvement store and picked up some real heavy duty white velcro squares to use to mount the PCIII and you can also see a tie wrap at the upper right hand corner that I added (there are slots in the legs of the PCIII that a tie wrap can fit through, one small and one larger one) just for extra security. I had to keep the tool since you never can tell when you might need them.
